3 Court Cases heard (1/7) for the protection of Mother Earth and the rights of our religion

We are still waiting to hear whether the judges will grant a temporary injunction based on the three cases heard on January 7, 2025 at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals district court in Phoenix, AZ. The three separate cases are being brought by three groups – San Carlos Apache Tribe, a coalition including the Arizona Mining Reform Coalition and individual Apache Women.
